How to assemble the book embosser?

When you receive the custom embssing seal, if you don't know how to use it, you can watch the YouTube video above or follow the operating steps below:

Step 1: Remove the embosser die.

  • Remove the custom book seal from the plastic carry case.
  • Locate the die clip, which typically consists of two parts pressed together.
  • Remove the embosser die.


Step 2: Assemble the book embosser and insert the die into the handle.

  • Open the embossing tool handle and locate the two small lugs on the handle. Find the corresponding grooves on the metal die.
  • Insert the die into the embossing tool handle, ensuring the grooves on the die align with the lugs on the handle.
  • The custom embossing tool is assembled.

Step 3: Test the custom logo book embosser. Check that the die is aligned and press to lock.

  • Please emboss on paper first to test the embossing effect.
  • If the embossing effect is not obvious or uneven, please adjust the pressure or the alignment of the embossing plate.

 

Maintain Your Book Embosser

Your library embosser stamp also needs your careful care. Regular, simple maintenance not only extends its lifespan but also ensures clear and deep embossing every time. Here are a few tips to help you:

Die Clip Cleaning
After each use, gently wipe away any paper scraps and residue from the die surface with a soft, dry cloth to keep the lines clear and ensure the next embossing is equally fine and distinct.

Proper Storage
Store the machine in a cool, dry environment. Keeping it away from moisture and high temperatures will effectively prevent oxidation of metal parts, keeping it looking new for longer.

Regular Inspection
It is recommended to regularly check the operating status of the pressure system. Stable pressure is key to achieving consistent and uniform embossing results every time.
